In the rapid shift to distance learning, forced by the pandemic, our teachers have gone above and beyond to improve virtual and distance programming. Shining Star is committed to providing a high quality, faith-based education in a safe and nurturing environment.

Shining Star Christian Virtual School is great. We have been with Shining Star for the last few years now and going all virtual with them this year I felt totally comfortable. The support from the teachers is wonderful, and our communication is absolutely outstanding. They are always there to help, even if it’s just a quick text. The platforms that the kids are using online are easy enough for them to navigate basically by themselves. They are incorporating both learning and fun, which keeps the kids engaged and not too easily bored. We were even provided with a free hotspot from the school to help with wifi connectivity issues. I thought that was wonderful. My son has taken on coding and learned how to do that and loves it and is good at it. He is also able to express himself through art and show everybody how well he does at art. I would most definitely recommend Shining Star Christian Virtual schools to anyone who is looking for a good faith-based education for their child.
